My roommates nephew died unexpectedly, and she’s flying out for an emergency flight to Ohio today. I had to make arrangements with her for taking care of her cat, and some heating work she’s having done on our house this week. Be in shortly - shouldn’t be too much later than about 10ish.
Ugh, I know, I’ve been telling people about it for a week now…but right now my stomach is REALLY not doing too hot. The thought of eating or drinking anything is not even appealing in the slightest. I’m not trying to be a team buzzkill, but really don’t know what to do.
Will it be frowned upon if I just come in later today? At least then I could lay down for a bit and try...

I had about twelve million and one things go wrong for me when I got home from work last night (tonight) from my PC completely geeking out on me, my kitchen flooding, bank errors that make no sense whatsoever that are making me lose about $100, to family crisis….I have been trying to sleep for the last 4 hours to no avail.

Have to go see a Chiro/Body Work person today…was going to try and be in even earlier than I was, but didn’t arrive till 8:30, which means I would normally work till 4:30. My appointment is for 4pm so I have to get going now.
I’ll be missing an hour and a half today…
bus Friggin’ MUNI to my spot is 30 full minutes late (which means an hour per bus rather than 2 buses per hour) and 311 won’t answer the phones…been on hold for literally 25 minutes now waiting to talk to a rep.
